and the 1st IDDSI Latin America Festival

Dear colleagues, healthcare professionals, and friends of swallowing,

We invite you to take part in the IV Latin American Congress of Dysphagia, to be held from May 20 to 23, 2026, in Cancún, Mexico, hosted at Universidad Anáhuac Cancún. This international meeting will bring together specialists, researchers, and therapists from across Latin America to share the most relevant scientific and clinical advances in the management of dysphagia.

This edition will also feature the 1st IDDSI Latin America Festival, a space dedicated to the practical implementation of international food safety and diet texture standards, with workshops, demonstrations, and interactive activities. It will be a unique opportunity to update knowledge, submit and present research, strengthen professional networks, and enjoy an outstanding academic and human environment.
